However, in her late 40s, she began experiencing the challenges of menopause firsthand. Dissatisfied with traditional treatments, Katy embarked on a journey of research and experimentation, developing innovative solutions using natural remedies. She will share her inspiring story and the transformative impact of her discoveries.
